97. Paradoxical frog

Pseudis paradoxa is paradoxical because

when it grows up becomes smaller in length!

It lives in tropical south America.

Its tadpole is ten inches long.

When the tadpole becomes a frog,

it shrinks in length considerably.

Its tail is absorbed into the body.

The adult frog is no more than three inches long.
