The voracious soldier ants are restless nomads – marching across the land in a perpetual migration.
Workers carry the eggs, larvae and the food. At night the whole army forms a huge ball with their own
bodies. The queen, the eggs and the young ones will be safe at the center of the ball.
They may camp for 3 weeks in a place. Foragers pick clean the surrounding area eating plants,
spiders, vermin and even household pets.
The scouts locate a new spot and the army marches on!
